Accessibility

At People of Substance, we want everyone to be able to browse and shop with us easily, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment

We are working to make our website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This means our site is designed to work with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation and browser zoom, with clear colour contrast and readable text.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our site and fix issues as we find them. Some content provided by third-party apps and services may not yet fully meet these standards, and we are working with those providers to improve it.

Need help or spotted a problem?

If anything on our site is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please email us at contact@peopleofsubstance.co. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and we are happy to help you place an order directly.
